My Approach

My purpose as a therapist is to be a compassionate, nonjudgmental listener in addition to teaching you necessary coping skills. I will use a combination of cognitive and behavioral techniques with a primary focus on mindfulness. I fully understand how unique each individual is. My goal is not to fix you; it is to be a partner in your own healing.
